We are all faced with a crisis at some point in our lives. Perhaps it is a trauma such as the death of someone close to us. Maybe we are dealing with relationship issues, a separation or divorce, or single parenting concerns. It could be learning to come to terms with unresolved childhood issues. Adapting to chronic illness or pain or an emotional illness can bring up fear and feelings of helplessness. The crisis could be about how to manage our relationship with someone we care about who is going through their own turmoil and how it is affecting us. Difficulties at work, problems with colleagues or a boss cause stress and anxiety.
It is not unusual to feel overwhelmed as a result of life's challenges. You may experience your life as out of control. This can feel very disempowering and result in feelings of low self-esteem and depression. When you are unable to acknowledge, identify, access or communicate these feelings, you may find it difficult to manage your day-to-day life. You need to develop coping skills that will enable you to release those struggles that are undermining you.
You can learn to free yourself from feelings of despair and develop a healthier, more integrated life experience.

This book focuses on the disempowering contracts we make in childhood about who and how to be in order to have our needs met. These contracts bind us to certain ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. This book will teach you:
- how to identify and break unhealthy contracts
- how to write new life enhancing agreements.
This book addresses the importance of taking care of yourself, not as a selfish act, but as a self-enhancing experience. You will learn how to develop a more fulfilling, loving and connected life experience.
My work creates understanding and teaches how to release limiting thoughts, habits, feelings and behaviors. I give clients practical tools to use in healing the mind, body and spirit. My work is my life purpose and I look forward to working with you.
